Harley skipped her usual hike today, and decided to take a walk through town instead. It's a beautiful day, with a nice warm sun and a little bit of a cool breeze. She wants to go look at the little book store to see if they have the new Louise Erdrich book in, (which they do).
She's read all of her books to date, and has even reread some of them multiple times. She and Barbara Kingsolver are two of her favorite writers. Once she gets the book, she'll probably go home and lay on her bed and read it cover to cover, even if it means staying up till three in the morning. That's okay though, because she doesn't have class tomorrow.
Way to go Harley! I love Louise Erdrich, too.
